    Default How to get confidence when you are depressed

    what are some methods to make yourself better when your depressed so it doesn't interfere with your game with women?

    I like to open direct in such a situation and when I get some good reactions, my confidence goes up and it's not a big deal anymore. When I feel too down to do so I think of the phrase in my signature ("Those who push themselves and face pain, exhaustion, humiliation, rejection, or worse, are the ones who become champions") and start to push myself to get over fear/exhaustion/rejection/depression.

    Thanks needed that message, but it gets hard trying to forge on, and all your seeing grey lol.

    Hey situation1992. If you're depressed and not happy with you're life then you need to take a personal inventory and start changing those things for the better. Some guys look to finding a beautiful woman and starting a relationship with her as the holy grail that's going to fix all their problems and insecurities in life but that's not true. Different guys have different needs for improving their happiness in life. For me it was going to the gym and improving my self image and also doing more of things I like to do (regardless of if people wanted to join in) like taking more trips, concerts, hobbies, etc.. I also took an abnormal psych class at the local community college a year ago. It was nice to see that there were trends of people that had similar miserable conditions like myself and that I wasn't alone in my symptoms.
