Lightbulb Online Dating - Fake Accounts

This is my first post here. I am new to online dating and having decent success messaging girls. My question is how many of these accounts on okcupid are fake. I have seen a number of girls write sex in the section "Things I can do without." Many of these profiles have girls in bathing suits and writing other provocative things. I have tried eharmony a year ago, and I have been told about bots on these dating sites. So how do I spot which girls are fake? I'm asking because I don't want to get tooled by some dude who is just out screwing with people if that does actually happen....

Default Re: Online Dating - Fake Accounts

There's a load of them on some of the Adult Friend Finder website that the moderators try to block, but some get through. Most are West African's (men or women) posing as cute white girls looking for their true love on a sex site. They'll get you into a chat and try to scam you for some money so they can move to the US or elsewhere. I called one out one time and found out it was actually a 13 year old boy working for a boss that made him do this. To weed them out, they should have more than one photo. What I do is ask them to take a photo of themselves holding a sign that says 'Xiskcub, I'm real.' and email me the photo. Some gals have done this for me, HB9-10's and were actually real people! I met them soon after. Some will give you sad stories how they were robbed or whatever and ask for money.

How to spot the fakes? Some ways are their pictures don't match the others posted, or you've seen them somewhere else on the net. Their profile doesn't match their picture, lavish detail in the profile about wanting a man and a marriage, and responding quickly from someone you think may be too good to be true. Get an email address from them and Google it. Sometimes they switch up the email address, but generally they are spotted by others and posted to several scammer websites that track dating and website fraud.
    SMILE , and Don't care.
