Default What to do during downtime in solo club sarging?

So i'm motivating myself to start solo sarging clubs, but have some questions. Have to admit i'm far from being a club person, and doing it only to get experience. I would usually only go with a group of friends, get drunk beforehand, and dance awkwardly while not chatting with anyone except my friends.

There, I want to go by myself, don't want to drink too much, and chat with people.

My question is about the "workflow". I know that I have to:

    - chat with people (not only HB)
    - grab some attention (get in pictures, start stuff)

And that I need to avoid:

    - drinking too much
    - standing in the death row doing nothing
    - dancing by myself (though this might be a good thing actually?)

So what should I do while in the club? Should I just bounce from group to group, chatting with everyone? Don't I risk having "used" the whole club population in one hour?

If not, what should I do between group chatting? I don't want to just drink by myself in a corner, that's lame. Standing without drinking is not much better. Should I go dance by myself between chatting sessions?

Don't worry about "using the whole clubs population..." Just go from group to group, and you won't have to drink by yourself. If one group blows you out or you're sick of talking to them, go find another group in a different part of the bar. Or go to the bar and order another drink. You can always find someone at the bar and say "what is that you're drinking? It looks good I want to order one." And then you can look like you're just leaving your friends to get another drink, but switch groups.

You shouldn't have to drink by yourself, and yes that's the only thing that would lower your social proof. As long as people see you talking with other people you have good preselection and social proof which you can use to open new groups. Dancing by yourself might be okay as long as you're around other people but would depend how many people on the dancefloor.

Haha, that sounds... exhausting How long do people usually stay in one club?
