Link here. Today while walking my dog I decided I would share with you guys some of my tips on Inner Game, where my background lies, and how my life has been turned around.
When I was in high school, I was overweight. I was so neurotic about my weight that all I would think about is what life would be like if I was skinny. I would day dream about all these girls that I would never have a chance to get with. Then one day something changed. I took a stand. I decided I didn't want to be known as the fat kid anymore. So I slowly started changing my diet, started exercising more and more, and now 4 years later although I'm not completely skinny and still have a gut, I'm at a healthy weight. 6 months ago I was still incredibly self conscious about myself. Although I wasn't "fat" per say I thought I needed 6 pack abs or something to get girls. I would always just kill myself in sets and friend zone myself just because I always thought I wasn't good enough for 7's. Then I started reading the game. I then came to the sudden realization that you just need to be the best you can possibly be. If you do that, girls can see your confidence and the stars will start to align for you. Fark everything anyone else says or does, act your best, dress your best, and be as confident as you can and the rest will follow. If you think you are ugly or not good enough just realize if you are the best you can be you are good enough, you are attractive enough. Yeah I might not ever get that six pack I have always wanted, or be as skinny as I was hoping for, but now I have learned to accept myself. I have become a changed man. I hop right into sets with guys with 6 packs who are gym buffs and I AMOG them till the cows come home and get with the girls they are trying to hit on. The look on their faces as I take their girls is priceless. I have gotten with 5 girls in the last 2 months. I have gotten with 7 girls in my whole life. I hope this is a testament to the true power of positive thinking. Although I have still never gotten with the 9 or 10 I have been dreaming of since high school, I'm always trying to be the best self I can possibly be and I know eventually I will get there. Remember that change is a gradual process. It may take years, but if you start now and are committed to improving yourself, I promise good things will happen. I hope this helps guys. Sincerely,
