Default need advice on proper body language

    Hi guys

I need help/advice on understanding proper body language. I understand the whole leaning back part but what I fail to do is have proper body language when I open a set. Please give me some advice(I think I have poor body language).

    Thank you

I find it helpful to google, "alpha male body language"...keep your chest out and your head up.

Also, whether you have a drink in your hand...ALWAYS keep your throat, heart, and crotch exposed. I know it sounds crazy but it will make a difference when you want to "appear" confident.

Other tips I find that help me out a lot is to talk to girls over my shoulder (side to side)...sometimes I'll even make it appear like I'm looking at other girls when talking to them but still seem interested in the conversation. A great book I read was "The Tao Of Badass" and it really goes in depth on body language. Check it out!

    Good luck bro!

Stand up straight, head slightly up, don't fiddle your fingers, don't cross your arms, don't cross your feet

Chest open, palms open, solid eye contact with everyone
Never need praise, sympathy, or approval
