So every Saturday, I go to a mall with a friend called Century City (we wing eachother), and we play around. I'm 18, hes 17 (Senior and Junior in highschool, respectively). There is plentiful variety of HB around our age. Usually, they are with one or two friends, and sometimes there is even a group of 4 or 5.
There is a movie theater, lots of expensive clothing stores, a food court, and coffee shop like locations such as coffee bean. There is an apple store and a Microsoft store. Its a pretty versatile outdoor mall.
Anyways, sometimes we stumble upon openers to use. He has really big aa, so I have to open up every time (I tried to convince him to open to get rid of his AA, but he refuses). Anyways, openers I've used before include:
"Hey, do you know anything fun to do around here?"
"Is [insert restaurant name here]'s food any good?"
"Do you guys know what the best movie to watch here is?"
"Do you think I should shave my beard after Movember or keep it?"
Of course, these are not word for word, and I make them up on the spot. As you see, I lean towards more Opinion openers. There are more that we use, but I try to think of them on the spot that relate to what they are doing.
Do you guys know any good openers?
Also, we mainly "attack" groups or HBs that are sitting down or standing still. However, there are many missed opportunities due to groups walking. I know we CAN approach walking groups (ive done it a few times), but I'm usually unsuccessful due to my lack of a set opener i can use at any time.
Anyways, any advice on game in an open mall like that could be very valuable. Thanks.
