Default Do you have Approach Anxiety?

Of course you do! We all do, and here are two tips to over coming it, these tips assume you have a wing, so if you don't, FIND ONE, how do you expect to take on these hard tasks without a support system or someone to learn from or someone to help you hammer it out till the bitter end?

    1. Push your wing. If you push your wing he'll do the same for you! Closer usually notices when I'm being a bitch, and he let's me know I am being a bitch, and looks at me like an asshole till i commit to the approach.

    2. 30 second game. Now this has never had to happen with my wings or I yet, but I think it's awesome. Count down from 30 as fast or slow as you want and when you reach 0 hit your wing for not approaching within the 30 seconds. Not crazy hard, just hard enough to provide negative reinforcement. This will both get you approaching and lower your criteria for success to just not getting hit!

Hope these tips help and happy pimping!
Caveat: Just because I feel a certain way about my journey doesn't mean you should feel the same about yours.

If you can't say that you would rather die than not do it; you don't want it bad enough.

Good stuff. We do all have Approach Anxiety, and it really matters where you're approaching depending if you need a wing or not. But I agree, a wing is always a good thing to have. Good post!
