Default Body language: What's on her mind and should I approach?

    I've been told I'm a decent-looking guy.

But there must be something about the way I stare or look at people. Maybe it's my big serial-killer eyebrows. Girls never hold eye contact with me, and unless I open with a smile and a good "reason" to talk to her, she will almost always either ignore me or have closed body language.

Am I just doing the whole eye contact thing wrong? Am I not confident, not smiling enough, even from a distance? Is it something in my body language? fdgsfgsg Please help, this is frustrating.

Sounds like you have a "creeper" look about you. A unibrow is one thing that I believe will surely kill your chances with most all women of any value. Get it cleaned up and keep working on your looks. I've been called cute, fat, just right, disgusting, ugly, sexy, hot and any other name you can think of by women of all degrees of attraction.

It isn't about how you look so much as how you present yourself. Clothing and basic grooming being a HUGE part of presenting yourself. You should be and can keep working on improving your actual body, but you need to do some research and see what you come up with. It is a LONG process! Keep with it and keep trying, you can only change so much about yourself before you can't.

There is no unibrow, there is always a (I confess groomed) sizeable gap between my eyebrows. But they're thick and have a pronounced arch, which may make me look angry.

Hygiene, grooming, and wardrobe are all a-go on my end, so I really think it's either my body language or my satanic eyebrows. Hard to say.

Well, if you are all good there then I would have to say it isn't your eyebrows, but rather how you FEEL about them. This reflects in your actions. Being chubby doesn't hurt my game NEARLY as much as me being aware of it.

By some girls that saw my photo I've been told that I look like a bad ass. Some have said that I have such a serious face that they never thought that I can have such a good sense of humor. So I can feel where you are coming from. You know what really makes a difference? A smile! So you are right with the smile. However there are different types of smiles, e.g. sympathetic, mischevious....
Practice the way you look in front of a mirror so you know how to mimic accordingly. Match it with the right body language.

You could actually use that as an opener. Something like: Hey a quick question as I am off for acting class (FTC) where I have this role as...... (think of some dhv) and was wonderning whether I look like a bad ass to you?

If your eyebrows are as thick as mine are, then I am sure that your hairdresser will be able to sort it out

A lot is how we feel about ourselves. If you feel good about yourself (taking into consideration other people's opinion) show it to the outside surrounding. So yes, there is a connection here with confidence.

But remember looking like a serial killer earns you respect
I bet you that there are many that would love to have a look of a bad ass.
There are also many girls that want the bad ass to tame him. Some girls no matter if you tell that you are an asshole they will keep with you to try and transform you to the nice guy!
    Make the impossible possible!

Question about FTCs. I like being as genuine as possible (reasonably so, I won't be giving out my shoe size, social security number, or the fact that yes, I would totally smash that on account of her hip-waist ratio, at least not right away) in my interactions. Are there any alternatives to coming up with "excuses" to quickly hit and run?
