Worrying about her delay time over text too much can mess up your game - you start to get impatient and thats not what you want. You've sent her the text so leave it now and wait for her reply, dont mention it if you see her at work and she still hasnt replied, will just make things awkward.

Stick a 50 note onto your forehead and talk to a stripper.. If you can get her to not think about the note, you are gold.

@Cesar... "oh man, did you hear in the news about that lady who was always on her phone at lunch time? She became so addicted to Crystal Crush that one day she never went back to work! Look, I can't let you destroy your life. You need help. Put down the phone and let's talk and have fun for a few minutes."

You better have some good topics after this. You have basically said that u are more fun than whatever she is doing. And for a woman to NOT be in her phone is a big deal.

Try Batman's guide how to engage her for some things you can discuss.

Nah I'm not worried about her replying back in-fact she hasn't replied to the text yet and I'm not bothered by it and I won't see her at work for a day or two so its whatever. I was always told just send a text and let it be lol. That's my plan.

    Thanks again

Oh yea also I won't be seeing her at work for a few days since she hasn't been scheduled to work on the same days as me and I still didn't get a text back, but oh well not phasing me. I'm looking for other girls to step too also lol.

You've got the idea bro, chat to other girls to keep your game fresh and you'll gain more experience and knowledge all the time

Ahhh, the shy girls. I've had my fair share of those. I've even tried hitting on this one shy girl that I work with.

To describe my number one rule to shy girls, I would like to quote Al Pacino from The Recruit: Nothing is as it seems.

Just because she may look shy does not mean that she is full on shy. She may be shy out of defense. Once you warm up to her and get to know her, the defenses drop down, and she becomes a totally different person. In addition, a shy girl that has warmed up to you won't reject flirting. They will openly accept it, and they will even play along with you, which amounts to a very entertaining conversation.

Yea true the same thing could be said for conservative girls too. She's shy/acts shy at work but idk how she is outside of that environment. Some people switch up depending on the environment.

Some of the biggest sex freaks I've met are shy or conservative girls. You're totally right. Its hard for their shield to come down but when it does, be prepared for ANYTHING.
