Default hired guns advice, hb7 and hb8

Ok so there are two HB's I have been small talking and "gaming" when ever I see them while I get my morning coffee before work and while checking out at the grocery store every weekend.

So first, the grocery store girl. I have been going to this particular store for groceries every weekend for the past month or two and I have talked to her a few times just making some small talk with her while checking out. She seemed happy to see me every time I went to her line. To clarify, I dont always go to her line, I hadnt gone to hers for about 2 weeks until this past weekend (Didnt want to make it obvious). So this past week before I could even start a conversation with her she says:

HB7: Hey I remember you, you look familiar.
me: Oh really? Your recognize me?
    hb7: Yeah (smiles)
me: Well I am kind of offended, you still have never introduced yourself to me.
hb7: she laughs introduces herself and shakes me hand in between ringing me up.

continue some minor small talk and she asks for my store card

me: I dont have it on me
hb7: ok so whats your phone number?
me: (give number, then jokingly say) I see what you just did there, I am on to you
hb7: haha what did I just do?
me: Thats a clever way to get a guys number
hb7: Laughs and says oh you caught me

again some minor small talk and then I pay,and while leaving she says see you again soon.

The first few times I talked to her (I think its been 3 times in all), I figured she was just being chatty/nice because she had to but this past week she seemed kind of flirty, and she did remember me and was receptive to some minor flirting. My question is, should I keep it simple and keep doing what I have been doing for now, or next time should I try number closing?

The coffee shop girl is new at the shop I go to so I havent talked to her too much yet but shes a solid HB8. My questions here are as follows.

    1. I go to this shop everyday, so I am worried about if I get blown out, that I will have to see her a lot afterwards and possibly things could be kind of awkward.
    2. This other girl that works there that I have known for a few months and become somewhat friendly with definitely wants me, but shes to put it nicely a big girl lets say and just not my type at all looks wise, very nice girl though. This seems like something that could complicate things.
    3. I am slightly worried about this girls age. She looks a little young, I am 24 and she looks like she is at the oldest 20, which is fine if shes that young, but I worry that she is younger, and the last thing I want to do is go for a girl that is too young. Girls that look like they could be too young usually are. Is there a discreet way to find out how old she is with out directly asking her? Like I said, last thing I want to be doing is hitting on some girl still in high school at the coffee shop i go to everyday lol.

so any tips advice, criticism is great.

For the first situation, next time you see her engage in flirty small talk again, and when you forget your card she will ask for your phone number again. I would frame it that she's gotta trade her number to get yours, which shouldn't be too hard from what you've said so far.

I have said it before but I'll say it again. Only FB close Hired Guns. Example
"Hey I normally add girls I meet on FB what's your last name?"

This is a lot more smooth than asking for her number while she is working because that to me is awkward for gaming a Hired Gun. N-close if you want but good luck framing it without going AFC. As long as you know the girl's first name your work is done the rest is up to her. Easy close probably the easiest for Hired Guns. She may even write it down but some names you won't even have to whip out your phone you can just clock it in internal memory and that to me is effortless.

Oh but also I think I acquired a new potential target at a local hair salon. Saw her coming out one day on my way to Gamestop and was commenting out loud to myself how hot she was. Don't need a haircut and didn't get the chance to approach but going there next time I need a cut, wish me luck!

Mackdaddy, I actually saw a post you had on that shortly after making this thread. I agree with you in the sense that you have to be cautious in the way you game/close a hired gun, but I disagree on the whole only facebook closing hired guns. I think its all in how you go about it. If you go up to this hired gun and try to Number Close after a 1 minute interaction, I agree, this comes off as creepy and AFC and it is something that probably happens to them a lot. But, if you see this HB frequently, and just be chatty with them, be a fun distraction from the boring routine that is there job, and run a little game here and there, maybe after a few conversations you can gauge if she is actually interested. If she seems interested, why not go for it the number? Thats just my amateur opinion, I have only attempted #closing one hired gun so far and it didnt work lol but I was completely AFC about it and it was my first attempt at a number close. I am definitely going to attempt it with this girl though. I will post on this thread when I try, probably next weekend. Good luck with the hair cut girl tho lol, I was getting a hair cut from a 10 one time a while ago (before finding the forums) and was like holy god damn I am coming here from now on lol.

Apparently, "Hired Guns" now covers any female you see working at her job. That's new, to me.

On the first one, you gave her your number, right? Has she called/texted you? When women asked for my number, I usually asked for theirs, "so I know it's not some creeper calling" or some other BS.

If she doesn't call you, and you see her again, I would say something like, "I knew you wouldn't have the balls to call me. What's your number, so I can show you how it's done right."

Try not to worry about seeing women who have rejected you. Say the barista rejects you. She may later approach you and ask for a second shot, after she sees it didn't adversely effect you. For a bonus, take other women on dates there, but don't make it obvious.
I have failed more than most men have tried.

Every woman you pass up is a woman you will never have.
