    Default Kino Anxiety

    So I've made a healthy habit of working on one thing a week (or more if I feel confident enough before the week ends) and this week I'm planning on working with a lot of Kino. I know to touch on the high points and the progression steps but I have a few questions about particular concepts. So, the first thing I want to go over is increasing my versatility as far as the progression goes. I've heard a lot about the steps to go from arm/elbows and hands to waist but I've never really heard about the legs. Where do y'all start with the legs or is it usually completely off limits?

    As far as my kino anxiety goes, it stems from me not really having a reason to touch her or when I think of a reason ahead of time, the wording/timing isn't exactly the same so when the moment comes I feel like its not even necessary anymore for her attention. But, of course, it is. So what are the main excuses/moves that you guys use to get your kino in?

    Also, from what I understand, at a certain point you start playing kino tag. Where in the progression does that start happening? Also, how do you get that to happen more often/faster? I've had girls do it but never as frequent as touch for touch.

    Too much thinking going on in that head of your bro. Just Kino everyone and everything. It's one of the deepest way's for humans to connect so don't think about it so much.

    I don't really get why you'd randomly kino someones leg though. These things happen in context. If I'm out on a date, and the woman and I are sitting next to each other, naturally our knees will be touching. You could touch her leg or knee to emphasize a point, or just to make an observation, or hell you could just touch her leg for the hell of it. In a day approach, I don't see why you'd need to touch someone else's is leg unless the conversation is regarding that.

    Don't worry about "kino tag." If she's interested she'll touch you back. It's as simple as that. It's not something you need to look for, but pay attention to when she does start touching you, and use that as a means to gauge her interest. You can take that as a sign to get a little more physical.

    Well, in day game at college I spend a lot of time in these really thick chairs that make so I almost have to get up to touch her arms and we're too far away to touch legs so it would be easier for me to Kino there.

    I usually overthink things. But as long as I know exactly what I'm doing, I have more confidence than people that don't worry about these things. And higher success.

    This was a hard one to get over for me too. But lilsting has a point Kino everyone and everything if you are interested or not. Once you make kino automatic then you are good. If you think about kino then it will appear weird. Thinking about it means you are likely going to have subconscious nonverbal signals stabbing you in the back. Therefor practice on everyone and everything until it is automatic.

    It is a complete pain in the ... to get into the habit if you aren't naturally conditioned with the disposition to do so but you can recondition yourself to do so trust me been there.
    Learn to be a better person not a better player.
