Default The I have a boyfriend excuse

Hey guys I get this a lot and am sometimes able to get around this when I approach a girl but normally not. Any suggestions on what to do when she says this because I already know half the time they are lying about having a boyfriend.

Some but not all actually do have a boyfriend. If you are out at a nightclub on a Saturday night and she throws this at you it's probably pure shite. You could say something like "well I don't believe you." Or you could just say "hey that's great he can keep you company when I'm not around." I know for a fact I have blown it in the past with girls who had legitimate boyfriends but here's the thing. On at least one of those occasions I had to get it out of them. Maybe they aren't in a good relationship. Often it's just a s@#t test. They are waiting to see what you are made of before they let their guard down. Then later on they might say "well it's not that serious..." Or you could say "hey, boyfriends are great. They take you out buy you nice things. Spoil you. Everyone should have at least one."

Next time say, "I'm not trying to be your boyfriend."

You'll be surprised by the effect that has.

I usually use one of these two. The second one I started using about 2 months ago and it's worked quite well too.

1/ "That's awesome, he can make us breakfast in bed tomorrow"

2/ "That's great, I have a boyfriend too. He's over there he's my friend who happens to be a boy"

Say either one of the two in a joking, flirty, and confident way.

You'll be surprised by the positive reaction. If she REALLY has a b/f and is in love with the guy she may still brush you off. The rest who are faking it or are in an average to bad to relationships will react to your reply positively.

The "I have a b/f" line is a test the girls give guys to see if you fold your game and go away. It easily separates the high value and low value guys subconsciously in the female mind.

Most of the good girls discard you one way or the other on your first approach...

Be persistent, there is no such thing as a fool-proof opener, and if you don't get this excuse you'll get others.

    It's how the game works!

What I like to say is this: " And you're telling me this because" but i don't say it in a joking way then I Roll Off the target and talk to some of her friends. I guarantee she will crave your attention after that.

Believe it or not sometimes you can talk right through that and things will be ok. If you walking down the street and encounter a piece of crap on the sidewalk you just step right over it, or go around it. If you try to go beneath it you'll be covered in shyt bro. That being said....

cocky funny is the way be here for sure pal

1.''Yeah I got all types of problems too''
2.''Of course you do I figure thats why your here drinking''
3.''Sorry to hear that. It will go away in time''
    4.''cool, you guys argue often?''
5.''aww.(pause 1 sec) Is it terminal?

    I haven't used it yet but I might. Here's one I came up with(be warned it's a bit goofy):

    Her: I have a boyfriend

Me: Cool. I do too or at least I used to. Actually I had two but I had to get rid of them. The problem was Burt was a snorer and Ernie liked to spoon.

If that doesn't get a big laugh I will just walk away because it means she either takes things way too seriously and or has no sense of humor(not the kind of woman I want anyway).

Simple yet straightforward, I like it.

"So? I'm not trying to replace him. Besides, from the looks of it you have zero chance of that happening with me."
