Default Approach Anexiety, Help a rAFC please

My sticking point is approach anexiety. What I can compare this to is the huge nervracking anexiety I feel before a wrestling match or fight. But once I get out there, I am fine and I do what I need to do. Any advice for this guys?
Also, I always seem to p*ssy out right before approaching. Like I seem to wait for the perfect moment or set. Ill think she has a bf, if shes with a guy. Or some crap like that. i know im just talking myself down, but I cant help it! Any advice guys?

Haha we've all been there. What do you care about? I'll tell you what I care about, I care about my family, my friends and myself.
What I don't care about is what some random girl thinks.

Start thinking like that and your aa will melt away.

As a rule you should be talking to 10 new people a day, minimum. This will also help your aa

said it once to you already but condifence. I know it stupidly simple but you have to work on yourself before you can run proper game.

aa is nothing more than the manifestation of your limiting beliefs. You need to reprogam those beliefs before you can properly sarge.

True tcomea2, I would also add, if you have aa or are starting. Have a friend with you. I know this helped me when I was starting day game. We would talk and laugh and be in a GREAT mood. It helped me get through it

Sit through Dr.Phil's mature masculine power learning.

The only, I repeat, the only cure for anxiety is courage. You need to really ask yourself how long are you willing to be a wussy and face the consequences of screwing up (or not) the first couple of attempts. You'll notice that after those first ones, approaching will be cake. Then you can move on to the next level.

    Chin up mate!
Remember my name lady, you'll be screaming it later.
