- NOW you can DO THIS here BY yourself or you can DO THIS when its time to approach in real-time.

- First imagine a scenario where AA would come up for you and really get the emotion.

- Without paying any attention to your thoughts bring your focus to the anxiety.

- Actually feel the emotion and allow more to come.

- Let it move around your body, let it run its course without resisting it.

- Now keep repeating this until you have overcome the anxiety and the scenario doesn't cause any anxiety

- This should take about 5-10 minutes. YOU have TRANSFORMED / TRANSCENDED it.
