Default Beat Approach Anxiety - You are going to Die

One day, you are going to be sitting on your death bed, and you are going to think to yourself, "Shit. I wish I took more risks. I wish I took more chances. I wish I put it all on the line. There was so much to gain, and so little to lose."You are going to realize that all of your fears, whatever they are, were irrational. Why? Because the worst thing that could possibly happen to you is that you DIE. And on your death bed, all those other fears, whether it be fear of rejection, fear of social awkwardness, fear of failure, or whatever, NONE of those MATTER anymore. Because you are going to DIE. This is the best way I know how to get over any fear. Knowing that you are going to DIE in the long run is the best way to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You have nothing to lose, because we lose it all in the end anyways! So do this: When you go out sarging, tell yourself, and do your best to hold on to this feeling, that this is your LAST sarge. Tell yourself that when you leave that bar, club, mall, store, beach, whatever- you are going to DIE in a bus accident or something of that nature. Knowing that this is your last sarge, you are going to farking pull out every thing you know how to do. You are going to enjoy the fark out of every interaction. You are not going to give a shit about a rejection. You are going to approach, approach, approach! And you don't care how farking stupid you look, or how much you farked up with that opener, because all these fears are irrational when you know that its all going to end anyways. Its important that you hold on to that feeling. You don't have to pysch yourself out and really convince yourself, but get to the point where you feel like its a possibility. After all, there is a chance you will die on your way back home in a car crash, a heart attack, or whatever. And you are going to wish you kicked the farking lights out before you did.Remember: YOU have NOTHING to LOSE, because we LOSE it ALL in the END anyways. So get out there and FARK up! Get out there and learn! Approach every girl you see! Because you never know. Today just might be your last...

Default Re: Beat Approach Anxiety - You are going to Die

I have to say, great post.

I have been a huge believer that the worst thing in life is to live in regret. There are also two kinds of regret; 1) The regret you feel if you do something and it doesn't go as you wish, or 2) The regret you feel by not doing anything. The second is by far the worst. In the first case, you can easily learn from the experience. In the second, all you will do is wonder about the what if's.

Living life to the fullest doesn't mean having extravagant amounts of money to travel to Ibiza every weekend. Living life to the fullest is seizing the moments you do have. Approach that gorgeous blonde with the nice heels on and tight mini dress. The worst that will happen is she rejects you.

Live you nights up like they are your last. You never know what kind of fun you can get into if you just have that mentality.
