Okay, sure I know the first image that came into your head was some hairy, scary dude dragging a cavewoman around by her hair and you are starting to question my sanity here, right?

Well, what I want to talk about is how understanding how women are biologically programmed to respond to certain traits in men based on primitive urges and survival skills that kept the DNA flowing from cavemen times to now.

Let me break that down for you a bit – women respond to alpha male traits that helped keep them and their children alive during that turbulent era.

That means they were drawn to men who were strong, confident and protective.

Guess what? Women still want men like that today.
