The biggest turn off to the opposite sex is a lack of self-confidence.

I’ve known stunningly gorgeous girls who can’t get a guy to look twice at them because they are so insecure. They walk around with their shoulders stooped, in sloppy, oversize clothes, hiding their looks behind ratty hair and glasses.

I always say if these women realized how beautiful they are, they would be twice as beautiful as they are.

The same applies to men. You could have the physical attributes of someone like Colin Farrell or Brad Pitt, but if you don’t have the attitude or self-confidence you need, you won’t attract a fly. And the biggest problem is instead of getting the right attitude, to many guys start acting needy or doing supplication thinking that this will impress women that they are nice guys.

In many ways, attitude and self-confidence is the same thing.

The beautiful thing about them both is that if you are a little lacking in your attitude and self-esteem, you can fake it till you make it.

For centuries, studies have shown that people, who act in a certain way, say self-assured and happy, actually become that way.

They say that you can actually change your mood by walking around with a smile on your face. It will actually affect your emotions. This one physical act, this movement of muscles, can make that much difference.

Crazy, huh? But good for those of us who realize that Attracting Women is going to take a whole lot more than good looks.

Part of attitude and self-confidence can also be summed up in another word or two: Charm or Charisma.

Charm is a bit, about how you act. It is your manners and your mannerisms and it is how you treat other people. The people who ultimately have the most charm and are considered the most charming are the ones who have a genuine, real, deep-seated appreciated and love for other people. They are the ones who can look at a frumpy woman and knowing that every person has a winning quality, spot her wicked sense of humor immediately. They are the ones who eke the most pleasure out of life because they see things to like and enjoy every which way they turn.

Charisma is that ineffable quality that attracts other people to someone. It is very hard to define and it can be different for different people. It could be someone’s love of life, it could be their infectious laugh, and it could be their cocky and playful attitude.

But notice again, there is that word – attitude. It all boils down to attitude.

In essence, your attitude counts more than anything else in the dating arena.

It counts more than your multi-million dollar salary. Really, it does. That salary might attract shallow women who want to use you, but it’s not going to attract someone who is going to fall head over heels for you.

It counts more than your fancy car, nice smile, and luxury apartment. (See above.)

If you want women to become crazy about you, then worry most about your attitude.

This will ultimately matter more than anything else. The key to developing the attitude is to take a good hard look at your best qualities and your worst. Then make an action plan to change your worst. Then concentrate on your best qualities and fake it until you make it.
