How to compromise?

So there has been a girl I met a month ago, we went to nightclubs together but nothing ever happens. I haven't seen her for 2 weeks, because we never compromise on plans, she would suggest something (usually so she's with her friends) and I'd suggest an alternative plan (usually so I could see my friends) .. and we haven't picked each other over partying with friends... What are some ways to make things easier so we could hang out more often.

I give her tons of room and trust for that reason.

second question is regards to her posting a picture on facebook and saying how she wishes the "guy" would visit her because she works out of town. I responded and no one else responded and 3 days later, she took it off her facebook. Was she posting it for me to see if I'd react or someone else? and why would she deleted it? .. to keep it not as known to her friends?!

any help would be great.
