Need help with emotional state

I need help with a good, postitve, high energy state. I want to keep a good state when meeting women. Any help would be nice. Thank you for your help.

Look into some NLP, read books, listen to podcasts/tapes, go out and get constantly rejected (it helps). What else can I tell you. I read a lot of stuff, including "The Game" which gave me a boost of confidence that I could do anything and its fantastic stories just seemed magical and seemed to light a flame of positive energy, but it doesn't transfer experience, which ultimately helps you get over all the over-thinking you tend to do.

Getting into any type of mental state takes some work, especially when you're going at it solo. It does help to have a friend if you could keep a good-humored conversation going, but don't be too dependent!

Crack some jokes with friends or visit some funny websites before going out to become talkative and positive. Listening to music by artists such as Bob Marley will make you relaxed and positive. In "The Game" Style would dance in his car seat to get energised.
