How do You Deal with Conceit?

There is this one conceited woman I know who thinks she is all that, too smart for the average man, and can get anyone she wants (I, for one, don't think she is THAT pretty). So how are we supposed to interact around this type of person when they talk to you? I usually don't say hi or talk to her at all, because she has nothing nice to say, and I keep it alpha by believing that I AM the one choosing, not her. How would you experts handle this, and what would you say?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that this person believes that I was trying to game her, when I wasn't.

Does this type of woman look for reactions from people when she talks to them? Afterward, using those reactions to better herself, or personal image?

This is usually how these type of women work, so I'm wondering how exactly she carries herself.

"think's she's all that" can help us, but we're going to need more details on what she does to create the "all that" personality she has.

Some signs of conceit, as far as I can tell:

Refuses to say hi to people who aren't attractive.
Will not move through a door if the nearest male won't open it for her. And if anyone does open the door, they receive an odd "thank you," with a snear.
Believes they are smarter or better than others.
Believes that everyone is trying to hit on them, even they aren't.
Brags about anything that doesn't at least speak for itself.

She sounds like a stupid bitch! Lol I just wouldn't associate with her at all. She has tipped the 'hotness/craziness' scale

Not sure Im experienced enough to help you with this one, but I think you should definitely game her. What better way to put a girl like that in her place than faking her!

i am new but i have met such girls as well. at the bar makingthe biggest mistake is asking them questions. she opened on me (not being all that hot, but still maybe a 6.2 with that something about her). but i asked her what her name was. big mistake. "i have no name..." of course i neged the hell out of her for this.

this is my point, that night she left alone too drunk to drive and even her friends confirmed she had went home alone and to bed- i overheard. i played it perfectly and they were out with a guy almost about to kill himself he was so depressed, so any other guy would have done. but she still was a bitch to every guy there and this takes me back to one thing i heard in either strauss or mysterys bootcamp vids: some girls do it because they have low self esteems and dogging guys raises it for them. so to beware of 6's and barely 7s.
