REALLY need help with this one, should be easy.. but not for ME

Hi everybody.
Im pretty new and pretty limited now days with this stuff.. anyway i come here time to time and read stuff to keep me updated.

ANYWAY, this one girl at work.. we had this party with our wokr group, and we had our little thing going on we were vibing and flirting, dancing together everything i had her do stuff so she thinks im this super socially guy who dont give a fark.
I have her number, we talk often online, she messages me on weekends, for whats up and so on. We dont talk a much at work. just some basic small talk.
HERES THE THINK!
I've askd her out, BUT the last time she said she got something blalba and i was just like okey cool, let me know when you have few minutes. She answered ofcourse "Yea i will do that"
No after that like 2 weeks, she havent talk about the whole think, she still keeps texting and comes to talk online and dont avoid my company. I need to know WHY she doesnt want to move things up a bit. Im not talking about anything serious and havent made her thinks so either.. Just some chill cup of coffee for starters ex.
Little backround from her, she broke up like i think couple months ago, and is like a bit of party girl.. allways planing some new partyes and going out and stuff.. BUT where is the key to get this kind of girl to want you more?

The working together scenario may be what is putting her off and to be honest that is a legimate concern. If it gets complicated or goes south either or both of your livelyhoods could potentially be severely damaged.

If you really want to go through with it you would have to probably have to make it one of those "our little secret" scenarios wherein you keep it completely above board as far as anyone else at work is concerned and maybe get her excited with the thrill of "we could seriously get in trouble by doing this".

Sounds as though she is on the rebound so unless you think there is a potential for a life partner in this girl you have to assess as to whether or not you think she is worth the risk of one or both of you losing your job(s).
