I'm new and david deangelo isn't helping

so i have ALL of david deangelo stuff (theres still a few i havent looked at yet but i have them all) and some of them i went over allong time ago and and it just isn't stickin. i cant get my self to go over the material. i think the topic is interesting but he is boring which is making it hard to get the material. so iv started the hunt to find something that will do the job better and faster. if i need to use my computer thats cool but id rather put it on my ipod (audio or vid).
iv had the daved d stuff for about 5 years and im worken on the inner game stuff. but i only really got into it about 2 years ago after a bad brake up. i was 250 lbs and iv been hittn the gym for a long time and im down to about 185. but i spent the better part of 10 years in-front of a video game.... so im really not that interesting and i don't have allot to talk about most of the time. im worken on it i put the controller down and im learning the guitar =) but i dont have alot to say most of the time
I NEED TO GET THIS DOWN..... so im asken for help what do i get or do to step up my game FAST

well especialy when trying trying to get yourself in the broad game, dont keep yourself to 1 artist, what works for one person wont work for everyone nessasarily, the pickupartist books from any source are there to give you their view on what helps them and you take the bits you like and work it into what works for you. yeah i f you stick to one artist you'll do fine if you master it, but if,asyousaid, you are finding it hard try someone else. i reccoment Ross jefferies if your a smart guy with alot of motivation. but Mystery is also got a good simple game for people to use. so its up to you, get out there find anything and everything and read it,t hats what i did.

And you could read a lot of forum posts. The topics are widely spread and most of them are real life examples. If you have any particular questions - we're here to help.

(BTW I'm 22 I spent the better of 18 years in front of a video game. We can both do this .)

cool i just got some Ross jefferies but i cant seem to find any of Mysterys stuff. i did end up finding a book called the game wich lead me to some programs made by RSD. but iv started an arcive with asmuch of this matirial as posable. Who has the best dvd/cd programs? has any one checked out mysterys inverves or have them? what programs are best for converation?

but heres my 2 cents:

You dont need to step up your game FAST.
From what Im hearing, it seems like you just need to aim at being able to make friends who are girls.
This means that these girls are comfortable being in your company.
Start with this, and then work your way to boning them or courting them. But friendship with the opposite sex is crucial for a PUA, in at least 2 senses.

1. it means that women are comfortable in your company/association to you. it also reinforces your confidence.

2. all women who are your friends all have 1 thing in common, they have friends that they speak with regularly who are girls. some may even help set you up with a few.

Friend zones are usually a no-no, but they still have their benefits.

indeed, thats why its always good to talk to girls in clbus your not attracted to, becasue you never know who they know. but if your aim is the lay, donjt go straight to f riendzone game.

right on. making some good female friends is definitely high up on the list. sooo i quit my job and started working at chillies. im ceeping ALL the girls at work in the friend zone but im using all the stuff im picking from the PUA community to create as much attraction with all of them. the plan being that's my home base. the theory being when i go to work and create attraction with these girls im gona leave and have that confidence to handle cold approaches

any thoughts? good plan bad plan? a way 2 improve the plan?

i have ALOT of dating guru material now and i noticed it was hard to retain the matiral like that so im trying something new. im hitting one thing at a time so for the next 30days im working on my body languish so im projecting the right things right of the bat. so im going to be going over these programs and putting them into practice at work and during day and night game,

any suggestions of other pua/dating gurus that have body languish programs of note id love to hear about them. AND ANY OTHER PROGRAMS. after body languish im going to work on my conversation skills and status and anything ells i learn needs to be something important to pick up then im going back to body languish and starting from the begining again to make shore i dont have any sticking points that i dident notice the first second or third time i went thru thease....ALL SUGGESTIONS HELP. but i do best with video and audio.

oh and in my hunt for the best the Internet has to offer in the world of learning about pick up i found 2 really entertaining and educational podcasts you guys my have fun listening to. the daygame podcast and the pickup podcast i highly recommend these for anyone. they will make you laugh and they will reinforce some of this stuff

Must-Have Books for the PUA

As Sitfab mentioned, read some of those excellent books, they really help on the theory part. Though best to practice for real and build up confidence. Making friends who are girls is a good idea also because you get used to talking to girls. There is little difference then as compared to pickup (Might be wrong on that though ;-) .)
