Paying for girls?

I know it's not a good idea to pay for girls when you first meet them but what about what you have texted them awhile back and forth or talked to them on the phone multiple times? They want to go out later and if you go to a bar or get something to eat then how do you guys handle the situation when the bill comes?

you pay. dont do dinner or movie though, thats boring. there a lot of fun first date ideas. and its your choice on how expensive or cheap it is. in any case you have to pay dude.

as a side note, i thought the title was misleading. i thought you were implying like paying for sex like a hooker :P

If you build rapport and text and talk, definitely pay. But, buyer beware.... DO NOT MAKE IT A HABIT TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING.

If you establish a relationship, the relationship shouldn't be about the man paying for everything. On a first date, sure go for it. But the more you pay and pay and pay and pay afterwards, the more an established routine you will create and it will be difficult for it to change. I have made that mistake with my ex girlfriend and it SUCKED. She always whined like a little baby when I asked her throw in for a tip (and we dated for 2 years or so).

Heck, if a girl makes out with me at a club or bar, i'll buy her a drink. BUT ONLY if she does that. And one or two drinks is the max I would buy. Make them deserve it. But from your situation, it appears she did deserve it considering you have been texting her and talking to her and plan on going out.
