How to throw house parties to meet & PU

Since I'm 30 y.o. a lot of my friends are married, boring and don't go out much and when they do it's just a bunch of married people, i.e. no single chicks!

I want to start throwing house parties every month or two to get my social circle expanded and more interesting with more chances to meet more chicks.

How can I make sure people (girls) show up and everyone has a blast! I have a small house that could be rearranged to be more party friendly and I have a single friend with a huge 4 bedroom house that would totally be down with doing it there sometimes too.
