The easiest way is by getting so used to being around women you will actually crave time away from them! Talk to as many women as you can. Young, old, ones you are interested in, ones you are not. Just get in the habit of talking with people. Women are attracted to interesting confident guys. Not average boring nervous men. If you have already talked to 10 women in the morning you will be at ease when you talk to ten more women later on. The more people you talk to the more you will have to talk about and the more people you will meet to copy how they talk...or what they talk about etc. The more women you talk to the more likely you are to take a lead and determine what you want. The more you talk to women the more you will be able to observe and recognise their behaviour. The more women you sleep with, the more women want to sleep with you. Its really that simple. Its a confidence game, a being an interesting intelligent guy game, a numbers game and a practice game.
On a primal level, women want to sleep with a partner that has desirable successful genes. They will usually sleep upwards or sideways but not downward. So you have to be the up confident successful guy - 'the catch' rather than the average friendly chump.
