cat string theory

Cat String Theory is a phrase coined by Mystery that refers to the fact that cats will often chase after a feather which is dangled in front of it from a string, but will quickly lose interest in the feather if it is simply placed in front of the cat.

this is often referred to becuase it explains that if a guy shows too much interest is it like the girl already caught him and will lose attraction. often it is said that the girl is the cat while the men are the feathers. if you simply give yourself to the women without making it a challenge or a game, the women will lose interest in that person even if she felt attracted when first talking to him. this can usually help beginning PUA's because they will tend to get to into a girl and start to have oneitis and will show too much interest and wonder why the girl has lost attraction to them.
