When you met a girl and she talks to you some time you like what she is saying but some times you are not interesting what she is saying you just want her company.
When a person fall in love with some he loves the style of her talking, he loves her beautiful, loves her each and everything.

These are feelings and emotions of a person what he is feeling about her. Some women have very pretty voice and have a stylish way of talking so mostly people inspired by her. But some time a girl can be inspire a boy by her sweet smile and innocence. So a person can fall in love with a girl only in one sitting.

If you introduced yourself to said FB lady then to add them is cool but to just do a cold add out of the blue might be a bit stalkerish. If you got some ioi's then go for it but doing it cold would seem a bit strange.
