Girl from a big, happy group

There's this group of yuppies that regularly hang out in the same bar as I do. Bartender says they're there every Tuesdays and Saturdays and one of them is this really hot chick that I have been raring, just simply raring, to hook up with. As far as I can tell, she's not with anyone from the group. She always comes and goes in a cab and I have yet to see her making out in public like some of her friends with someone from within the group. I had planned on chatting her up at the bar when she orders drinks but she always orders from the waiter at their table. Worse, she goes to 'powder her nose' with girlfriends in tow.

I want her guys! How do I get to her though?

Get to her through one of the guys she hangs out with, one who isn't into her and won't see you as competition. Pander to his inner pimp and get him to make the introductions.

I say try the underground approach. Don't directly approach her.First, try to catch the attention of one of her friends. If one is out and orders a drink at the bar, try to initiate a conversation.

How about buying the girl a drink? Does that/doesn't that work anymore? I'm just thinking it might at least initiate eye contact as she's likely to look your way and smile her thanks.
