Great post! It's very inspiring yet very reflective. One thing about 3) Do Not Adopt A Follower’s Mentality, I would like to add on this. "A good leader is a good follower". You cannot lead if you do not follow. But it doesn't mean that you just follow what's ahead of you. We have a brain that would help us think and understand whether it is worth following or not.

I have found that points #2, #4 and #5 are greatly boosted if you practice a sport. For me it's a combat sport (competitive muay thai). Don't know if sports like soccer or tennis would have the same effect. Your advice is pretty dead-on, especially the part about following. Props!
