Need Help Getting back with my EX

Ok well this is what happened:

Me and gf had been dating for six months. We live in Vancouver and decided to take a trip down to LA and went down. We had a few fights during the trip but nothing big. anyways as we where in the airport heading back home she pissed me off and we had a BIG FIGHT.i called her every name in the book at the airport... big scene.. one which i wish i wouldnt have had at the airport. Since she took a different flight home. I got home went to work and she called and i asked her how she got home? and she said none of your business and to leave her car keys in her car infront of my house so she would pick it up without seeing me. I agreed and did , but i also trew in all her clothes she had at my house and all her notes she had ever given me.. (out of anger). She was more pissed off now since i gave her back all the notes and clothes.anyways the next day i tried to call her and she blew me off.. and finally i got a hold of her and she told me to drop off pics we took together in LA which i did but she wouldnt talk 2 me.(at her work) we sent a few emails back in forth: where i told her how much i was sorry sorrry... blah blah blah and well oviously she was pissed and didnt accept it. she replied in one email that maybe she would be able to forgive me one day and be friends and that no ones ever hurt her like me.. i was so good to her till i said the things i said to her..anyways finally i decided to cut contact . so two weeks goes by and she finally texes me and said that she has some pictures to give me aswell that she had on her own camera and that if it was ok to come see me to drop them off? i didnt reply back thinking that i should still keep the contact closed and be strong and just make her think of me some more... any suggestions guys?

well it seems like you need her to think about you but also not negatively. you dont want her thinking ok well fine if this bitch want to talk we are done. make it seem as if your evaluating everything and you just need some time to think about everything. after that you need to make it up to her, though us PUA's always stay alpha and keep the apologies mutual. you need to know you farked up big time, not only by blowing up in the airport but by completing giving her everything when you knew it would piss her off. you going to have to romance her and make it up and then go back to having a mutual relationship. lesson learned for the future, think about the consequences before your actions. sometimes you lose people you dont want to, just like you are now. she is on the cusp of letting go and you need to win back her trust and overall respect after the stuff you did

Ok so im planning on seeing my ex in two days sometime during the day. I texed her that i was busy and was evaluating everything and just needed some time to think about everything. and if she wanted to drop off the pictures on sunday unstead? and she agreed and also gave me a new cell phone number she just got....anyways hopefully everything goes smoothly when she comes by... I just got a new haircut today , new hairstyle and hopefully it catches her eye:-D haha anyways ttyl...

lol well that a good sign. she gave you her new number. that is kind of a subconcious thought that she still trusts you and wants to talk but just feels like you need to earn it a little. with the work to catch her eye, knowing your evaluating everything and then making it up to her. i think your in the clear. just be neutral tell her what you were thinking and then be honest. obviously she wants you to have a reason to stay with her. good luck, i think your in the clear. just dont fark up like that again. you only get one chance sometimes.

:-) hmm ya i got the new cut and im looking fly haha just waiting to go out for some drinks with a buddy tonight get my mind cleared up and to get my ex to come over tom. so i guess ill get a hold of her tom and if everythings works out ill have her over talk a bit and keep it neutral as you said and then try again in the futur. so its not so much at once and so i get a chance to call her without it being awkward as im trying to keep some sort of distance so she has some space... ill keep you posted.. thanks once again. i FARKED UP lol haha

ok...so my ex came over and brought me the pictures. we ended up talking and she told me how she felt and how hurt she was and that she never thought i would have done what i did..and when her friends ask her about me she doesnt talk bad about me cause thats the person she is and that she tells her friends that it just didnt work out. she told me how shes rude to every guy now that even tries to approach her... she said she cant us being friends for a long time and cant forgive me yet. She also told me she drunk called me a few times but then just hung up and that shed be with her friends and think how she misses me. But that what i did she could never forgive. she wouldnt let me touch her at first. we talked and ended up having a beer together and she took some of her clothes she still had here and left.. she gave me a warm hug at the end and i held her for a good few min gave her a few kisses on the cheeks. she said she believes that im sorry and hopefully i learned lots so i wouldnt treat my next girlfriend like this again... and thats it.. she said my hair looked nice and asked where i was moving too since im packing all my stuff and that im moving....and she was curious about knowing where and when... but at the end we just huged and left on better grounds.. what should i do next? i sent her a quick email the next day which is today, and just small talked.. told her i was sorry again and that it my fault, that im glad she came over and the hug meant alot...ect... kept it short... now im planning on waiting a week or two till next contact move, phone call or a text... what do u think? any good ideas on timeline and what to do? what to say?...ect

actually this is a little hard interpreting. it seems like she cares for you cause she was real. it seemed like she was trying to seem like she fully let go even though she didnt. im not quite sure this is a quick fix. he might actually have to treat this like a completely true breakup and go about the usual way of getting them back. cutting most all contact, imrpoving yourself, and all that sphill....you might be able to Get Her Back but we need more than just my thoughts. this would actually take a discussion between me, you, bill, tcomea, and pjarv. but we could probably do it. get them to reply with there ideas cause i know im not thinking of everything and i might need a new angle to assess to truly help you

Unless there is some magic cure I dot know about I know if no quick fix. I think you need to back off of it and reframe yourself and then later down the road try to get back in. Yeah she care for you that's obvious but you hurt her bad and sounds like you really violated her values. She is gli g to have to heal and the only thing I can tell you is give her some space.

Don't go all AFC and start sending her gifts and flowers and whatnot stay alpha and make sure your not needy. Go out meet new people have a good time.

Also if she finds out you are seeing someone new it might create the triangle effect and drive her back to you who knows.
