Pub Meet With Ex, Did i Do Well???

OK so i just came back from meeting with my ex, she was hesitant in meeting me but i didnt beg or nuffin it was her choice.

Basically i picked her up, i looked hot nice shiny watch, new shirt prada perfume and some tight jean shorts. Took her to a local bar where we sat out and hadf some drinks, we talked well i wasnt talking about the past or nuffin just sayin how ive been kickboxin and running and got a goal to do a 5k race on 8th august. Talked about how a few girls had been messaging me but no1 i fancy at all, had a laugh at this girl who she knows whos been messaging me. Threw in a few 'negs' but really friendly cheeky ones like 'oh yea u always look really hot i just dont think ur that fashionable'.

After a while i bought her another drink and some food, she brought up some past stuff about how she cant trust me coz of drugs or whatever. I said thats ok im not gonna beg, ive changed but i cant make you see that can i. She started gettin a bit teary and i gave her a hug but then i made her laugh. Shes still like oh i just wont get back with you again but i was just ,'well its your choice, im not going to beg if i cant change your mind i cant change your mind'. She even apologised about how bad she was to me in the last month! I also said how i turned into a bit of a pussy the last few months from what she put me through and im not gonna take second class behaviour from any girls ever again.

So the convo started gettin a bit stale so i hurried her to finish her drink, drove her home gave her a long hug (looong, she didnt stop). But shes still like oh im just never gonna get back with you, my friends said i shudnt meet you to lead you on blah blah blah.

OK so its pretty obvious she still fancies me, touching her hair loaaads, smiling loaaads accepted all my 'Kino' (i was touching her hands talking about her nails, wiped hair out her eye, made her wipe a smudge off my face). Seems like im stuck tho...

I havent texted her yet i havent done anything. Shes a bitch but u cant help who u fall in love with Whats my move from here? How was i? Pretty alpha?

not bad not bad. but yeah some things you could have done differently is not starting to accept her frame again. every time she said were not getting back together you said i cant change your mind. after you did that the gig was up. she knew you were trying to be unneedy and not clingy. she knew that you got all dressed up for her. you basically showed her that your still somewhat beta. what you needed to do was make her think that you knew you guys werent getting back together cause of blah blah blah.
Her: were not getting back together.
Me: i know! the drugs and all the stuff i did was not cool. i dont expect you to get back together with me, im surprised you even wanted to meet up for a drink.

so even though you played it cool you were adopting her frame instead of reframing yourself from what you were. it was good how you started with the race and all that but you needed to stay with that new frame. sorry i have to go. ill give more analysis later.

haha youre so right actually! yea more would be appreciated. I thought i wanted to subconciously give her indications ive changed not dress up for her tho if that makes sense? Wear a few things i dont usually... But yea ur right she probably saw it as you said.

OK im going to give you my opinion and then maybe ill give you some advice.

First off Pick up is not about getting back with your ex. Its about changing who you are and the success you have with women. Reason PU doesn’t really help in getting back with an EX is because they know the before you. They know the beta side and I bet that’s part of why they broke up in the first place. SO as a result they see PU as some type of act that you are doing just to try to get back with them. Its not congruent with them. And while it may lead to a few nights of sex it wont lead to that LTR that you want. She is going to see something in you that is new and different and want to check it out, but I guarantee that as soon as you get back with her old habits will reemerge. They always do and you will switch back to the beta mode… you were already doing it in this meeting by letting her frame grab on you.

If you really wan this chick you need to cut her off. Don’t talk to her, don’t text her, just cut her off. Go out a lot, meet new girls, go on dates, close girls, build a social circle that will match the new PUA frame you are trying to build. Then when you have raised your social value and are a new person you can go back and initiate contact. Do it in a manner that doesn’t show interest though. Be very under the radar and indirect. Let her see who you have become. Then she may want to give it another go when she sees that the change is for real. If you do get another shot, be very alpha. Don’t let her take your frame, make her take yours. Show her you are different, and the change is for real and maybe, just maybe you’ll have a shot.

lol thats wierd. tcomea pretty much put the rest. cause i liked that you showed you were creating a new frame and were becoming a different person. but when you played it off like a mask she knew it wasnt real. what you need to do is create that new frame like tcomea said and go out meet people build social value and have fun. once you have that new frame come back and show her the new you but inviting her out to the club or something to have some fun with some friends. when you take her to the club, know tons of people. know the door man, coat man, bartender, waitresses. know everybody and be cool with them. it will show your living a new exciting life and that she is missing out.
