A Alpha Female. Help? How to break her down

Im in a relationship with a chick now who has a alpha mentality. She seems to be quite a flirt, not much of a liar, but she does not put the same amount of effort that I do into the relationship..I always seem to have to put out more ...than get back what she decides to give.

I have had the same probelm before. I just hold back. Dont act needy and make her chase after you. You have to role reverse on her and reset the frame. Its not easy and will take some time but it can be done.
