Wanna Take It To The Next Level...HELP!!!!!

I've met this one woman who I am trying to 'get physical' with, but she either doesn't seem to get the point of I've been stuck in the 'friend zone'. She's 42 years old(don't worry I didn't ask, she just told me), intelligent, beautiful, but not overtly sexual(in other words I don't think that she knows just how hot she is). She obviously at least likes me, we've been going out for the past six months, we enjoy each others company.....it's time to take that next step. How do I get the point across to her? If I am stuck in the 'friend zone', how do I get 'unstuck'?
