Trouble finding away to ask this girl out that does not make me look desperate

Hi guys
I am having real trouble finding away to ask a girl out that I just met but cant get over my head. Usually I dont have much trouble but this one is confusing me on what to do as im worrying about screwing it up. I will try and keep it as short as possible
So to explain my situation I met her in a bar we spoke for about 30 mins and thought she was great personality looks etc. I got her # then texed her when I left saying nice chatting to you tonight. Well she texed me the following day asking if I have facebook so said yes added her and we spoke for about an hour. Two days latter she was online again and we spoke but then she said I have a confession and that on Sat she blacked out and did not remember chatting to me at all. I found it quite funny even though she was embarrassed so we carried on chatting and it was all good. I gave it about 5 days then I saw she was doing a gig in a bar (shes a singer) so I went along to surprise her thinking she would be surprised and excited to see me. Well she barley spoke to me that night she was with her friend so I can understand that she wanted to spend time with her friend and honestly she barley knows me so after she performed I just said good night and she thanked me for coming to watch her etc. That was Monday night and we haven't spoke since and I have not seen her online face book either.
Well my question is what should I do as far as contacting her now? I dont want to come across as desperate esp since valentines day is coming up I dont want to make out I have no one else to invite out so I was thinking about waiting after valentines day but what do you guys think I should say or do from here after hearing my situation

Anyone have any advice on my problem because I am still lost as what to do??, on her face book her status was "gym time" and a few people commented and I replied "you should come to my boot camp I can give you mates rates' (I am a personal trainer) but any other suggestions from you guys would be great

Sounds like there isn't much attraction on her side for you... which is OK because she doesn't even remember meeting you.

Showing up to her gig uninvited is stalker-ish and probably freaked her out a little bit.

Not to sound mean, but you seem pretty needy in this situation from what you've said and girls HATE that in guys.

Work on your text game, and try to re-initiate it that way.

If she doesn't bite - you pretty much are forced to move on or else anything you do will just freak her out more and drive her away.

To look at the bigger picture, you said that you were worried.

You might need to work on your inner game because remember that alpha males don't worry and don't need to worry. Just plant more seeds and read some AMOG books that will frame/Calibrate you to strive for superiority. You can still try for this girl but remember in the game nothing is a big deal.
