no more friend, make her my girlfriend!

well of all the approaching and few rejections here, some lays there...im farkin stuck for the first time in this situation so heres the story..and it may be long but maybe not:

oh and just to mention...im black n she is a black too, non-ghetto, nice, kinda godly-girl, wont do anything she doesnt want to do in general i mean..shes still a black girl haha so keep that in mind as your reading..

so i met this girl my age at a local grocery wal-mart..we crossed each other, made eye contact for a sec plus a smile so..did my thing, got her number and that was that. ive only known her for about 5 or 6 months i believe. started off txtin her her the next day then she actually txt me on her own the next day, so from there until now we've been textin nearly everyday with 2 calls that she made to me and maybe a total of 4 or 5 days of no communication.
(trying to condense this story!) so maybe a week n half after we first met we planned a meet at starbucks and chat up. in the midst of that she talks about some old ass loser whos been dying to be with her then her mentioning that she isnt lookin for anything special from anyone since her last break up (kinda throws me off but i persist) ...anywho a day or two after that i bring up and mention somethin bout that old guy wanting her n how she said she didnt want anything exclusive and throw a hint i was trying ahah..but then she actually says shes ok with dating a new guy if their friendship is good or somethin like that so i was clear. so between that text and bout a couple months later we text regularly bout misc things...up until...for some reason..i woke up and txt her somethin to the effect of how i care bout her alot n sh1t (then heres my first major problem, i believe anyway) her response shortly after was like "i care alot about you too. youve grown to become a really good friend and i am thankful for that...." REALY GOOD FRIEND!? fark that. so from that point til this day i still throw out clues that im interested and i even talk like we actually are dating..i call her baby, babe, whatever lovers say...she seldom calls me 'luv' which she already mentioned is apparently all her friends name. she doesnt reject when i call her those..nor does she call me anything back so...dont know there. just recently she suggested a wine date over spring break cuz i talked bout wine ive been drinkin. well breaks over and havent done it yet but thats my last chance to try some sort of further Escalation (we've been out a couple times to chill n all ive done was alil hand tuggin in direction as we walk or placing my hands on both her shoulders gently when were browsing a store or something..have never kissed her or anything significant...still put off by the ''really good friend'' bull...heres what i been thinkin bout resovling this whole issue in list form...vote your best opinion...

1. keep talkin like her boyfriend and try to extract the same behavior from her
2. get the wine hangout in action and try to escalate, since we are gonna be in a secluded place
3. keep persisting with the boyfriend talk and abruptly stop if she rejects my further Kino..then slightly mention a possible new prospect for jealousy
4. (theres a sidewalk on this bridge on the feeder of a freeway where someone spray painted the words ''will you be my girlfriend'' on this brown pipe that sits as high as the bridge over the water)..get her to meet me out and kinda subtly walk her to the spot and viola!

Hi,

1- I think she's into you and the LJBF stuff was a "sh1t-test".
You didn't pass but didn't fail.

2- Read "Say no to LJBF..." in the "How To Attract Women" section. Use it.
Then, tell her the reason you can't be friends with HER is, specifically, BECAUSE you like (not love, huh?) her, you can't only be her friend.
The way you are now, I don't think you'll need to expand too much on the subject. Say it, it's done. She knows. Move on to your usual routines.

3 - Enter Phase 3.
Phase 1, meeting/approaching her, Phase 2 Comfort, Phase 3 attraction (Kino Escalation, teasing, making out).
You can use all the behaviors you mentioned for that.Mmaybe not thinking about other prospects though. You don't need to verbalize it so directly. It's a turn-off for women.

4- But yeah, you should definitely use more light sensual kino. Stop (if you do so) the buddy-like kino (hug and stuff)
So, kino escalate.

5- TEASE her. You need to show her you're not that needy, you're not only being nice to her. But always with a smile. (One or two negs won't hurt).
Teasing is always good.

6- You must act Alpha Male when you go in for the KClose.
For example, out of nowhere, stop speaking look in her eyes, at her lips, grab her arm gently and pull her for her to get closer. Lightly touch her chick or take her hair out of the way... And go in for the kiss... BUT stop 2 inches from her mouth and judge her reaction...

If she stops you or turn her head at the last moment, smile and say something like "yeah maybe you're right, we should stay 'friends'."

Go on as if nothing happened but you'll have to try a second time. Same way, more intense when looking in her eyes saying: "Mmmh, those lips... I wanna taste them".

If it doesn't work (again), now you can say "that's exactly why I told you we can't be friends. Too difficult to control myself. Frustrating. Better to stop seeing each other for a while."

And do just that. Stop contacting her. If she doesn't try to chase YOU after that (with I don't know what excuse she can come up with) you'll know she was playing with you and just wanted a 'fan'.

daaamn thats all i needed to hear...ive been struggling with this issue bout how to handle this situation since that infamous text. i thought she was just making a statement i mean..she did tell me later after our first meet that shes ok with a relationship with someone thats a good friend or something of mention bout a friend. and how bout the pipeshow thing?

I have many friends and now i want to make a girlfriend.

all i can say at this point....Kino, flirt, throw alittle Tension in for emotional measure, sporadic romantic guestures. do it now!
