I think this girl is ignoring me but I don't know why

This stunning girl I've been speaking with for 3 months is hot and cold she likes me but when we meet and go to work together she flirts and that is it and never kisses me. She used to call me everyday and we were like bf/gf. About month ago she told me she didn't want a boyfriend but then she continued to talk dirty/flirt and act alright.

She says she talks to guys on facebook and it's fun getting the attention etc etc. Makes me think she is playing me but at the same time she says she is single and doesn't want a relationship. FWB seems to be more in her mind I think.

We spoke Monday night and she had a few drinks but she seems interested again. Something came up in conversation, and I said "Am I family now" and she goes "do you want to be family" and then I said "you never know, you never know" and she goes "what do you mean you never know" lol

I checked her Facebook mobile uploads and there is a pic of her hugging this guy, while her friend is taking the snap from her car. Pose looked way to romantic plus I've seen the guy flirting with her hard on FB and she flirts back. One message her status was "aww I'm well happy right now" and he wrote under "likewise x" and she put two kisses.

On Monday, she was around my area Tuesday and said last night if she could do something early she will, if not we could a bit later and we will speak. She was really positive and friendly near the end of the call and was like "cya babe, k babe" lol. THEN I phone at about 1:30 pm,nothing,txt her to let me know when she is done no reply, phoned again nothing.

Then on facebook(about 20 minutes after I called her) she said she just got home on her profile status and changed her profile pic to a modified version of the pic with this guy, with his face/body cut out and just her but you see his arms around her waste and a tiny bit of his face.

It just seems like she was doing that to annoy me as she put that picture up when she got back and then it was changed again about 12 hours later.She wrote in her status "Needs a man to look after me, to chill with me to give me cuddles but not to moan......."

Obviously talking bout me cos I tried to contact her she knows I was wondering, plus I do complain alot! I like her alot but her behavior is out of control. On Facebook she says she is off to work and then she txt me a bit later asking me if I was working, I wasn't, It was a bit late anyway.

Txt her again last night saying I was thinking or her and she txts back something irrelevant(as usual) saying how something bad happened to her at work and then asked me if I was working.

I logged in facebook today and saw her on chat, I said hello and she logged out right away. I logged back in 10 minutes later and she logged out again...WTF! when I logged in after she was there for a bit and told one of her friends she was on her way out. She logged off after about 5 minutes.

I don't want to give up, and I also don't want things to be weird for us while we were at work/ We get on, it's just other people getting in between us and she feels she has to make people feel that there is nothing going on and doesn't talkt to me much around certain people. She is a nice girl but confused, how should I deal with her?

She isn't confused. She is gaming the sh1t out of you. She likes you but there is something you aren't doing for her. You just admitted that you complain a lot.... guess what? its not attractive. She wants someone to take control and be a man not whine and its prob why shes hanging out with that other guy. You are saying that there are pics of them being touchy feely, his arms wrapped around her etc.. I wouldnt doubt they are hooking up because he pulled the trigger when you havent.

"she never kisses me" what does that mean? are you waiting for her to kiss you? have you tried kissing her instead?

Dont be so available. find someone else and do the same thing she is doing to you. I imagine you are pretty deep in the nice guy hole and you need to get out. If you can have her see that other girls are interested in you and that you show less interest in her she may come back and when she does you have to make a move.

Yeah the thing is I'm very cocky and funny despite being a nice guy. In person I have no problem teasing or sexually Escalating verbally and I get her laughing out loud and even her eyes look like they are smiling.

She doesn't want to go out on a date though, I just saw her when we got on the train and 1 out of 4 times was there any window for me to kiss her. Just when she gave me this look I saw the window, went in and just kissed her neck because her face was turned far at the point.

The other 3 she was in a funny mood without something else and the time I did have a chance but I hadn't spoke to her for 6 days and as soon as I spoke to her the first thing she was saying to me was that she is single and doesn't want a relationship.

Later that evening I was kicking myself thinking I could of gone in for a kiss attempt because I had her laughing her ass of at my jokes, and sex talk while having a look into my eyes, other than that I've not had a real chance. The last time was about 3 weeks ago in her car and she rejected me in playful way. Telling me "I will another time"

As for that guy who knows about him it does seem odd that she uploaded the pic and he is the only guy she has in her mobile uploads folder.

My main problem is when I am away from her, and amount of effort I put in. Calling daily(because it's how we started out) but in person I'm just in frame. I'm a naturally stoic guy, who is naturally funny...I'm tall and tanned.

When people talk to me I'm indifferent by default, but I'm witty. Probably the reason why I still had her in contact 11 weeks straight. I did ask her out many times over the weeks and she flaked like 4 dates of mine but still kept calling me.

I've got work Sun,Tues,Weds. I don't think she is there Sunday but I might freeze her for two days then call Mon and txt Tuesday. What do you think? I'm quite upset about her logging out of facebook like that.

That's your problem.. You still kept calling and trying to set-up dates when this girls Flakes on you. You are spending too much time and energy into this girl, you need to game other girls and Freeze Out. And stop getting mad over little stuff, girls don't like guys who complain and whine.. Act as if the things she does doesn't effect you.

I managed to speak to her today and told her how I felt, I told her she is someone I would introduce to my family and I think we have a connection. She said she doesn't go sleeping around unless she is with one person. I said to her that is good, unless both people agree to be FWB, otherwise there is no point. She kinda went quiet, she possibly saw me as FWB. I told her she was more than fling, she said yeah I know but I'm stressed.

She told me she doesn't know what she wants right now or who she wants to be with. She said she doesn't want anyone(me) to feel she is theirs, and act funny when she speaks to people.

She says lots of guys ask her out and they want something serious but she isn't ready. After I mentioned it she reluctantly agreed with me we have a connection. I joked with her saying I worked hard at my job and need a reward she goes "go and get one then" I said "I don't need to go far" :S

I said I'm bringing this up because we got to know eachother so we shouldn't let it go. She says "I'm not, but we didn't see eachother that much and this is only early" she said "if I have a relationship now it won't last long trust me" I felt like I was talking about it too deep about it and I told her "It could be a month or 2 or 3. Maybe you will be ready" she was like "yeaaaa I dunno"

She felt awkward but we haven't had a chat about us in 4 weeks. She even put the phone down and when I called back said something happpened with her phone. She agreed to go to work with me on Thursday. What should I do? she is normally upbeat, but said she was stressed, she thinks single is boring but doesn't want a relationship. It's like 11 weeks of being an unoffical couple meant nothing.

One thing i learned is that once you start using logic, its over. Theres no point because thats male language and you are talking to a female lol. You are never going to talk her into anything. She has to feel it - it has to be an emotion. Right now you are trying to pressure her into something when she isnt feeling it for whatever reason. You have to stop talking about it and try to just focus on being the guy she wants to be in a relationship with.

Focus on having fun with her and then if possible try to let her see you with another girl. It will get her thinking about if she made the right choice or not and will begin to sway her towards your side. See you can still have this talk you are trying to have with her you just arent using words anymore. You are showing her a good time then she loses you then you are back.

I know this isnt easy but you arent going to win spilling your guts to her its only gonna push her away. You already did that and she got the idea. If you keep doing it she will disappear for sure

Yeah I didn't feel like it was good or she felt comfortable but it was more or less a "this is what I think about us" kind of thing. I wasn't trying to convince her but make her realise I would wait for her.

I hated how she said that I should "go out and get a reward" it really made me resent her more as you can't tell if she really means it.

I mean she still says comments trying to get me jealous like how "everyone at work likes her and hugs her" and was laughing when I said "Just when I was away!! you forgot your boy"

Right now I think reading stuff on the internet is overloadi ng my brain. I botched a neg, I asked her if she had been working out her booty, and she told me she "didn't have too" and I said "I don't know I haven't seen it for awhile" and she said "It's still da same" with attitude.

Well she did put up a new picture of her with the camera focused on her ass and to be fair she looked a little bit plump.

She asked me if I had seen it and I said yeah and that I would "go to town that" she asked because she felt insecure. Maybe that neg worked? lol

So should I just see how she is at work on Wednesday and the freeze her out?
