Plan of Action?

Here's the scoop. Me and this girl have known eachother for about 7 months. One night I went to a dance, I saw her and taught me how to do some jazz dances, and then we grinded for about an hour. That night she showed a ton of hard ioi's. That was 2 months ago, and ever since then we haven't really talked until recently. Me and a few friends were hanging out at the mall and I saw her, so we hung out for a while. I got her number, (no clue why I hadn't before) and ever since we've been texting eachother. I really like this girl, and I was wondering how I could step up my game. She still shows quite a few IOI's (smiling when I see her on campus, sending subtly flirty messages, etc.), so I know I have a chance with her. She's smart (4.0), dances, and is pretty shy, but she gets hit on by a lot of guys. I'm also on the honor roll and she likes how she can talk to me without having to dumb it down, but I want to know how I can differentiate myself from other guys who hit on her. Most of the time it's me who starts texting her, and it's me who ends it, which I know isn't too good. So what I'm looking for is ways to initiate interesting convo's with her and keep them lasting, how to get her to text me, and how to increase attraction.

i actually met a girl on a vacatian and did the same thing on the phone with her i allways had to text her first. my advice is ask her out take her on an amazing date then dont text her for a while till she wonders why is he not texting me it or untill she texts you but dont wait to long cause this girl seems old fashioned like she likes when the guy makes the move

and if your looking for something cute and cocky to text her text this to her at night saying r u asleap yet i want to tuck u in and read u a story but only if your being a good girl

Just set-up a study date and ask her out. You can game her and give her lots of Kino, leg touching, and etc.. This will build a lot of attraction if you can do it the right way.
