Weird flake out behavior!

Hi Guys,

I started dating this girl. However, her behavior is kind of weird.

Whenever we agree to go out on a date some other day, she always Flakes out at the last minute. I tried that 5 times already. The reasons given are: (i) she is not feeling well and (ii) a friend just called in need of help (this reason is given in a dramatic manner).

However, whenever I ask her out the same day, usually with two hours in advance, she happily goes out with me. The rare occasions in which she declined, the reason given was a legitimate one. And the date goes ok.

Why does she behave like that?

I doubt it.

You know, she already flaked out on other people to hang out with me.

Flaky behavior seems to be normal to her.

I was just looking for an insight on why she always Flakes out with me when we set up a date in advance of at least one day.

But whenever I set up a date two hours in advance, she never flakes out.

Why? What do you guys think is going on?

Freeze her out. Time heals everything. A legitmate Flake is okay but you don't want to let her know that continual flaking is acceptable. This will make you demonstrate lower value by always being available whenever its convienent for her; making you look desperate. Thing is; she already knows you are interested. You don't need to remind her. Freeze her out - Don't talk to her for a few days, fill your time by sarging. Text her after a few days and when she asks where you been tell her about something amazing you have been doing with your time that you know she would be into (just saying your busy really doesn't have the same affect, just makes it look like your trying to get her jealous). Let her set the next date, and if you are me - be fifteen minutes late to it. Essentially you are mirroring...Push-Pull. Good Sarging!

Since I used to see her about once a week, I am now Freezing Her Out for two weeks already.She has not contacted me since. I will let it go like that.

But I have a question:

Due to other reasons, I will have to meet a girl who is a close friend of hers at least once a week for a few hours, for the next two months.

What kind of game do you guys think I could run on the friend, that would help me get the target?

Yes, I mentioned to the target's friend how I admire another girl for her intelligence.
Just to see what would happen.

Anyway..

After a couple of weeks of Freeze Out, we finally met [myself and the target] by chance. She came to hug me, and I transformed it into an embrace. Then later she called me (i did not take the call - I could not at that moment), then she went looking for me, I was not there. Much later she found me, but I kept talking to someone and she left visibly upset.
Anyway....let us see what happens.

Please, remember:
She is a flakey girl. And she had never asked me out before - it was always me who did that.
I was Freezing Her Out due to the last Flake.

Ok, now I have two questions for your experienced guys:

Do you think I should ask her out again?
[and go back to normal]

Or should I wait for her to ask me out first?
[no matter how long it might take; maybe that would never happen ... and take my chances]

What happened with your original of problem of getting ditched is that you made yourself to available. She knew you weren't going anywhere. Next time don't do that. Make yourself seem like a busy person and your time is valueable. Have a convo with her and make it seem like your schedules packed with fun and interesting things

Yes, I totally agree.
However, my problem is that I am not well calibrated here.

Either I appear to be too available, or I make myself almost totally unavailable.

My question (and my challenge) is:

How can I be available, while giving the impression that I am unavailable?

I'm in the same boat as you, buddy. I guess if she asks you out, you could always decline with some excuse but make a counter offer for the next night or a couple nights away. That way she sees you have other things in your life, but you're still interested in seeing her.
