Girl at work.

Hey guys, Im pretty new to all this PUA stuff and I got a bit of a problem.

TL;DR - Need to know how to pickup a girl at work, she flaked so im trying a Freeze-Out dont know where to go next.

Ok so here's the story. I started a new job a few weeks back and I met this girl who works there also Let's call her Jo. We hit it off straight away. I was using C&F, Kino and throwing in a few dhv's. I was getting good results, plent of IOI's and she was laughing and giggling to pretty much everything I said.

Anyway I got her number and proceeded with texting her. She replied almost instantly to all of them, I waited about 10 - 20 minutes between my replies and all seemed to be going great.

Another girl at work, lets call her Jen just had a birthday and got everyone together for a night out on the following Saturday. I was invited and so was Jo. I asked Jo in a text to meet up with me before we all met up but she was hesitant, so I decided to meet up with Jen and another girl from work, Sara. I then texted Jo and said I've met up with Jen and Sara and she should hurry and get her ass out with us.

At this point I was hitting it off with Jen and Sara, Jen was kissing my neck, telling me to smell her and kept touching me. She has a BF though. We kept flirting and I threw in a few BF destroyers here and there, thought it couldnt hurt. I just wanted to see what effect they had. She started telling me all the things she doesn't like about him and stuff. Then she started telling Sara about how she hasnt had sex in a week and he's not satisfying her and all that good stuff.

Eventually we met up with everyone and another guy from work was there. We got talking and he told me how he had been with Jo before and after sex she told him she doesn't date guys from work. This kinda turned me off so I went back to gaming Jen and stupidly left Jo with this guy LOL. In my head I guess I was trying to make Jo jealous but I don't know if it had that effect.

Then at the end of the night, we had ran out of money and I sent Jen and Sara off in a taxi and found myself walking home, alone...

I then texted Jen the morning after saying how she owes me one but got no reply, I'm guessing she's with her BF. I'll just wait to see her at work.

I also texted Jo here's the log. It's pretty long so be warned lol.

Me: Grr im skippin work and coming to yours
Jo: haha and then get sacked for walking out lol
Me: Yeah but it'd be worth it lol, id rather be watching movies than dealing with these brats lol
Jo: haha true lol but just think of the money you'll get at the end of the week i do lol
Me: So when you gonna invite me over to watch a movie? And no that isn't code for get in my pants! Im not a piece of meat you know! I have feelings too...
Jo: Haha that was quite funny and i have to put up with you at work i think thats annoying enough lmao (Is this bad? lol I think its bad)

So thats it, I dunno how to proceed. Im thinking of freezing her out for about a week or untill work (about 4 days).

I need some help guys LOL I'm stuck for what to do next and I suck at this stuff.
