Do I work on my looks or personality?

Hi. I'm a WBAFC. I have many barriers to meeting and subsequent actions with women. I don't know what to work on first.

I'm overweight, I have terrible stretch marks everywhere (I gained 50 pounds in 4 months), and I have really brown teeth. This is pathetic, but I don't use toothpaste because I don't agree with the types of ingredients they put in them.

Personality wise I'm like a dyslexic ferret. I'm hyper, unable to make eyecontact, very sarcastic to everyone, and I'm very fearful of rejection, to the point where I can't approach a woman, even if I have no romantic (or otherwise, whatever you call it) interest in a woman. I consciously look for male clerks at stores when I shop, so I don't feel as much anxiety.

Oh, last but not least, I have 0 friends, both in real life and online. No male buddys, no friends who are girls. 0.

What should I work on first?

start brushing your teeth man... no offense but thats gross to hear.

Start brushing your teeth dont worry about wats put into toothpaste its good for your teeth. Join a gym ,good place to raise confidence and meet women ,when you go clothes shopping get women to pick out which outfits ,like have two and ask their opinion ,good way to build confidence with women ,detox regularly

Dont have routines as the cards in your deck ,have skill instead ,because once a routine is done ,its done ,you cant do it again in the same interaction ,but skills can be done over and over ,so then you could play a card twice.

What you should do first, is tell yourself every day that you CAN AND WILL BE the most good looking, hygienic, sociable ALPHA.

Dental Hygiene is KEY. A girl will be less inclined to kiss you for your teeth discoloration alone.

Brush your teeth, find the toothpaste THAT WILL AGREE with you, theres so many different kinds, your teeeth NEED that flouride.
Also drink milk, it affects the strength and health of your teeth.

This is my process for getting ready face-wise and i hope you can adapt to this as well.

1. Put on facial cleanser(let sit)
2. Brush teeth (tongue included!)
3. Spit, floss every tooth(mint waxed is nice)
4. Spit, dont rinse with water, rinse with mouthwash.(~30 secs-~1 min)
5. Then wash off facial cleanser
6. Shave

I know. My teeth are horrible. Just atrocious, I sometimes feel like taking a hammer to them and just getting dentures. Hows that for WBAFC thinking eh? Anyways, stupid quick fixes aside...

Striker9: Yes I know toothpaste fixes a lot of sh1t, but I (I can't keep...Making...Excu ses...STFU AFC) don't like whats in them. *AFC sneaks up on AFC's phantom self, initializes lethal takedown*. Okay, back to normal now. Yes! I'll do whatever I have to to brush my teeth, I'll use baking soda or some bs that works.

Okay. This is AFC's AFC talking again (he came back to life): When it comes to clothes (I know the point is to ask women to help you pick out clothes, its socialble, I get it.) but I've...Um...Never actually shopped for clothes before (WBAFC Clusterfk bomb approaching eta. 2.1.) because my mom always bought me my clothes, and she uh...still does.

(WBAFC question) Is it okay if I ask my mom what looks good? (I'm guessing no...Seriously...Why am I even asking?) As an aside Striker9: I can't even look at women at this point so I can't even fathom talking to one, to make it clear, all of the cashiers in my town must think I'm mute.

Pierrot: Alpha is not a word I've earned, although I respect your experience and wishes to help me. But seriously at this point I'm proto-Zeta. Protozoa even! (AFC is overiding AFC. Confusing? It is to me as well.)

When I read that back I feel like bashing my head with a golf club and painting the mona lisa in my innards. Damn morbidness.) but I don't meet people I've only "met" online. It'd be a serious waste of your time. NOT that I don't think I can do better, but I am NOT an easy person to talk to. I'm sarcastic and passive but stubborn at the same time. Thanks for the offer though, and no I can't talk to you on the phone, because my mom doesn't like the idea of me talking to people I don't know, and YES that extends to women. But please don't start ragging on my mom because shes just seen me get trampled on in the past, I'm sure she thinks the cure is worse than the disease. Moving on. Really, I've said this before but thanks for your consideration. But I really need to just stay on the forums and keep reading once I comprehend the MO and such. I'm not that great of an investment in time because even with Mystery or Style or DD and their entire entourage of retainers and cohorts it will be YEARS until I finish the newbie mission. Where I live doesn't even have a shopping mall FFS.

P.S. Do you think trying to make myself better is actually destroying my brain?

you may want to stop the AFC on AFC self-retorts. you doing that, just made me feel like my lat reply just went by your head and you just ignored me. DO NOT CALL YOUR SELF ANYTHING WITH AFC IN THE WORD.
