What does it mean when your gf takes forever to get back to you?

I have been with my gf for 6 weeks now and since a few days it's been taking forever for her to get back to my texts and voicemails.
For example I texted her last nigh at 9pm and she didnt get back to me until today at noon. She used to get back to me within the hour.

It all happened after a few bad days between us. I'm sure she lost some interest. But at the same time I'm pretty confident that if I 'can let her go' for a little bit that she will come right back to me. Hopefully I'm right
