need help with kino escalation on a hopeful romantic

hope someone can help out there. the girl of my dreams works for me. i'm 37 and she's 20. about 3 weeks ago i told her i had a huge crush on her after i kept noticing ioi's galore. i was embarrassed i said it and just dropped it qickly but a week or two later she admitted she liked me too after i pointed out her reactions. she has a boyfriend but she's lost interest in him. she showed me a secret hand shake later that night just to initiate it but i'm not sure how to respond. i've worked with this girl for almost 2 years and never gave any clue to her i was attracted, no Kino whatsoever. ideas?

Ask her out on an official date. Find out her favorite food/restaurant. Take it from there. You my brother give me hope that I can still bang 20 year olds considering I am 31.

i can't just ask her out on a date because she'll refuse. She has a bofriend and doesn't want anyone to know. when she told me she had a crush i started going AFC and saying things like "what do you think your parents would say about me?" and "well i know what i want and it's you." that was after i got a little resistence and then she said she wished she hadn't admitted it. keep in mind though that this isn't someone i just met. i've known her almost 2 years and there's never been more than a slight touch of fingers when we're handing each other things, and not much of that. it's awkward as hell starting now. any ideas?

I would still try and Isolate her. You need time with just her. In the mean time play some game make her chase you. Make her slightly jealous. Remember you want her to chase you.

thanks for the advice. any thoughts on how much Kino to apply when i've got her alone? i feel like i need to go in for a kiss soon but i'm not shure how to get there and if that would be too bold. right now we're in the "we'll just pretend nothing was said" zone. should i do something to provoke an ioi and then go in? i'm not sure if she's disqualified me at this point. she seems to respond strongly to the jealousy stuff.

yea, pandora's box hopeful romantic. she's 20 and her boyfriends 19. she told me she loves him. i have a feeling that talking negatively about him would be a mistake and it would repel her. and how should i make her feel safe. i feel like bringing up our confessions is a no no now. not sure what to say to her besides the "so how bout this weather" stuff.
