Ok so been with this girl for a short period of time but everything in my body tells me that i love her!!

There's a name for this: infatuation.

It's especially common during the early phases when a guy has not slept with the girl yet.

You have no reason to drop the L-word right now. You're doing yourself and her a huge favor by pacing yourself and learning about each other gradually.

You dont need to tell her you love her, just show it but with enough retrain that she wonders if you do. Unless shes the super shy type, all girls will eventually say it first or ask you about it. If she asks you about it, say something like " Well it kinda sounds like you do" with a smile and followed by "Are you afraid to tell me that you are? You know me well enough that you can tell me anything"...gotta keep your frame and at least an opening to let her say it.
