What are some interesting items that you can wear that would cause a women to come up to or atleast be able to start a convo over?

Depending on the social setting (Club, day game)
But lets assume Club Night Setting.

Biker (Tattoo's, Temp Tattoo's also work!, Henna art)

Cowboy (Cowboy hat, Boots in a club setting would certainly grab attention, just depends how you can handle against social pressure)

Rapper (Gold Chains, Bling Bling, they have to be real or youl lose value when they touch them)

New York Style (eye catching Blazer, Diamond Cufflinks or Brushed Metal Design

Punk, Rockstar, Emo (Handcuff's, Cross, Chains,a small dried up Dead Monkey head...lol jk!

my personal best, is if everybody's wearing the same stuff for example (Jeans and Long sleeve) be different, wear the opposite and that would be enough to start conversation with anybody!
