Default Wtf is fashion?

One of my biggest problems with my life in general is that I'm "married to my job" as my friends tend to put it. I am in a uniform sometimes 7 days a week, and a lot of people know me simply because of that. I have become completely out of touch with what to wear, trends, anything. Ideas?

It's not what ou wear that impresses, it's you feeling comfy with yourself in the clothes you wear!

Ive worked for a company with a strict dresscode, the only way is upgrading the look (get better clothes, looks nice..might even impress your boss) or rebeling a bit..it really depends, my co-workers pushed alot of buttons on the manager that worked there, on what you cant wear, and got away with alot of stuff from not wearing a belt, to a loose shirt & missing belt...lol

The hardest ones are of course Government Based jobs...

Definitely something to think about. A lot of our dress code is for personal safety so I can't be too creative with it. Hell I can't even grow a beard because it may result in my respirator not fitting correctly.
