    Default 'Tis the Season!!!

I have a background in psychology, specifically family reunification after the family suffers a traumatic crisis. Licensing requirements included keeping up to date with statistics and completing a certain amount of college credits every year. Here is some of what I learned that is also useful to the PUA community:

    1) Although there is a sharp rise in new relationships on Valentines Day and Xmas Day, divorce rates peak at the onset of Spring and approximately two weeks prior to Xmas Day.

    2) From May through August relationships are less likely to occur.

    3) There is a steady peak of new relationships during September and October.

Here is my interpretation of these stats (I kept the info simple):

Woman end relationships just as Spring starts because that is the onset of the mating season for all living things on our planet. Women will end a bad relationship and go into a shopping mode for a suitable mate (the same applies to men) to replace the one they dumped.

Summer time, or the months of May through August, are bad times to try to have a woman commit to a relationship; remember she's shopping around. That's a good thing for the man that wants to add a few notches to his bedpost. Very little effort to attract women is needed at this time, but the competition is stiff (pun intended) so it pays to use your PUA sills.

As Summer comes to an end, both women and men (mostly women) will want to find a mate before winter sets in and, certainly, they don't want to spend the Holidays alone. If a person finds him/herself alone in the winter, they tend to feel pathetic, lonely and the suicide rate goes up. There is no need to be caught in that situation since most women that are alone at that time are easy to woo.

Just before Xmas Day (approximately two weeks prior) break ups occur, spousal abuse sky rockets and both women and men become easy prey for scrupleless people and businesses, like players and dating sites. IMHO, a PUA should never take advantage of a person during an emotional meltdown just to get his dict wet.

Speaking specifically of the women taking the initiative to end a relationship during that two week window and remain emotionally intact; those women are fair game. Indeed, the clubs will be packed w/them.

'Tis the Season in a few weeks. Women are shifting from the shopping mode to the buying mode. Be ready! Stay clean, dress sharp, READ, elections are this year - the campaign offices are great for find babes.

Sweet! So what you're saying is that it's a good time right now to start getting into LTRs, but keep gaming and expanding our social circle, right?

I like psychology and I'm thinking about getting a minor in it, but I have yet to talk to a career counselor. Maybe it'll be easier this season to talk to a counselor.
Success or fail; everything you try can be chalked up as a learning experience~

That's right. Women are looking to settle down right now, without actually knowing why. It's a survival instinct used by our stone age ancestors to survive the winters. Single moms (MILFs) w/preteen kids will be more desperate to find a winter mate.

I know this sounds sexist, but its nature at work. It's not a learned behavior, it's an instinct.

haha this is so true. I actually had some girl open me today and she was like an HB8. Was pretty surprised at first because I hadn't expected it at all. I guess those are the best pickups, where it just happens in the moment. Anyways, great read thanks
