So I am just finished my work in Quebec and since I have my apartment until the end of June I decided to set a new goal for myself of cold approaching at least 3 girls/sets a day. This started yesterday. This will be where I write down my experiences and hopefully get some feedback/ keep myself on track.
I am doing this while I go for my daily run, so it kills two birds with one stone, and I actually run further since I can't come back until I approach 3 sets.
HB7: saw her waiting for a bus, approached used a generic line (I saw you sitting here and looking cute so I wanted to introduce myself). Some small talk and sat next to her. Her body language was closed, talked some more tried to get a Number Close. But she said she didn't know what my intentions were, I said I am going to make you my girlfriend lols. She said she had a bf. Anyways so I bid her farewell and went back to my run.
Room for improvement: Instead of sitting down next to her, I should be have been jogging in place to place time constraint on it.
HB9: Saw her sitting outside a building, used familiar face tactic. Basically I ran up to her all smiling and waving. She said I must be confused since we never met before. I said sure we have, just now. That brought a smile, so I sat down with her to chat. But the dumb part was my first question was so who are you waiting for your boyfriend? To which she responded yes.
Me: Probably should not have opened with that one haha.
Room for improvement: Don't ask about her bf duh lols
HB6: As I was returning to my house from my run I was desperately trying to open someone, so I saw her and simply told her I liked her outfit and parted ways.
Room for improvement: I like this set because I came in with no intention of any result and as a result I think she really appreciated my comment. But I think I am ok with opening but have trouble carrying on a conversation so I need to work on that.
End of day 1. 6.68km ran, I usually run only 3km. So I am pretty happy about that. Please give me tips and feedback as I am still a newbie and would love to try new openers or techniques.
