Alttle bit of a passionate rant...
I felt the urge to write this because of the frustration of finding a good, committed, serious wingman.
And trying building a solid community here in Ottawa, On, Canada. I don't know if this is a problem solely here (I doubt it.)
I'd consider myself intermediate with approaching, day 2, F-close & LTR in daygame. Having trained with different coaches & attending bootcamps.
The search to find a good wing is as hard as finding a quality girl. Over the last 9-10 mtns I've met about 10 guys & corresponded with about 20 online. I'm in Ottawa, On, Canada I don't know if this is a problem solely here (I doubt it)
They all SAY they want to learn. Some even come out once but do jack shit. Even with some friendly coaching from me. Then they make excuses and never come out again. A couple say they wanna do their own thing (fair enough) but when I've checked up on them a month or so down the line guess what... They still haven't done shit.
I see all these forums with guys "looking for wings" but there either too scared or too lazy to do anything consistent.
If you want to stay stuck FAIR ENOUGH but don't clog up these forums pretending!!!
So before posting for "Wings" ask yourself I'm I actually gonna go out Regularly, be Committed & see this through until its Handled or am I gonna stay home & make excuses & jerk off!
To the Experienced Committed Gamers out there who actually go for what they want in spite of their own fears any advice?

Dude I am also in Ottawa. When I'm not in class or doing homework I would love to be out sarging. Unfortunately I've been unable to convince people I know to come out with me. I do go out on my own but I think it would be awesome and more fun to be out with someone who has a similar mind set as me.

    Lol. So true.
I've been doing wingman style cold approach pick up for two years. Before that I was solo for 8 years. I've met literally hundreds of guys saying they want to be better but doing very little.

Taking action is everything. I'd rather hang with someone who's going out all the time and is down to approach and knows nothing about game than someone who has studied extensively but not applied anything.

    Same for business.

I'd recommend focusing less on "sarging" and more on being a cool guy. Can you look a guy in the eye and hold your own? Start approaching the coolest guys in the venues and not wanting anything. Definitely keep approaching women too, bring them over to your new guy friends.

I only hang out with gamers when they're new to our circle. They lose the "sarging" frame and start being cool guys that naturally attract the right people...only a few make it to what I'm now calling our Society of Advanced Wingmen here in Los Angeles. My goal is to be the male ten in every aspect of life.

    Choose excellence. Maximize Yourself!

Good wingmen are really hard to find. In the four years I've been practicing game I've only had two decent male wings )neither of whom practice game), and three female wings (all of whom practice game).

I understand how you feel, I was super frustrated when I first started without a wing man as well. Now though I prefer to game solo because all of the benefits of a wing can have the same drawbacks. Yes they allow you to better game two sets, but if your wing can't manage his, then you can't have yours. They can make you look better, but they can also make you look worse. It also makes it obvious that he's your wingman, to the point that you frequently get asked if he's your wingman, or vice versa (hopefully not) when introducing each other.

    What I like to do:
Take a female friend, preferably a close and attractive one, and tell her that she going to be your wingb*tch. let her in on " your little secret" and tell her exactly what to do. Women love feeling important so they usually take this job pretty seriously, and this way she's also a Pivot.

Another point, you also don't need another pua to be a wing. Honestly you just need somebody that isn't socially awkward with a will to get laid and if your good enough you can do the rest.
If i get a guy some a$$, he gets it for a day; if i teach him how to get it for himself, he's tappin forever

Yea, I've had the same problem. I've been going solo for years now because when I went out with wings I always did all the work anyway and only half the reward. Out of all my friends that talked big and wanted to go out sarging, the only good wingman I ever had was a nice, dorky looking shy guy. It was all he could do just to keep a convo going and that's all he ever tried to do, but you know what. I closed more times hanging with him then any of the cool 'alpha's' I've sarged with.

I agree with the everyone, a good wingman is someone that just has the will to try and close.. but finding them is like a needle in a haystack!

I went out this past weekend to celebrate a co-workers birthday. It was me, my cowoker (whose birthday it was), and 4 girls. I ALWAYS roll solo so this was something different for me. We were at a club, and although none of these people were my wings, it made me realize how great of wingman I am. I was literally taking women without saying a word and throwing them at my coworker so he could get some dances in. I'm use to rolling solo so I social proofed the place out the ass by dapping up everyone. I danced on the center floor with everyone looking at me, and to top things off I was having a great time in which everyone picked up on. My coworker reaped the benefits of my greatness, but hey I ain't complaining.

I do all this stuff anyway, but my first time doing it, as a WINGMAN!!!

I had to look into this because finding a wing from the community is not my problem, as I have not tried to make contact with many of you guys due to me bouncing all over the place, but i read Kino's solo gaming advice and I must agree with his approach completely. I just recently got back from a business trip and many of the guys who have the desire to roll with me can rarely keep up, there is always something that holds them back and ends up ruining the entire purpose. Maybe solo is the way to go UNLESS you have someone dedicated just as you are and understand to dynamics enough to give complete support.

Totally agree. I want wings that are as committed as me. If you're ever in Vegas, hit me up. I'm always out.

    Word. Me too.

Hit me up when you're in Los Angeles or Orange County.
