I'm sharing a house in Elwood, Melbourne. One house-mate will be moving out in one months time. Being in Elwood the house is well located for bars and cafes etc.

$590 pcm + bills + bond.

There are two other people living here (a woman and a man).

I'm looking for a mature, responsible house-mate that is interested in learning to be a PUA and wants to go out sarging.
