First time coach

ok this is the first time since i have been learning pick up to try helping out some of my friends. So i havew taken up 2 of my friends to teach them to better pickup artists. I need some advice on how to introduce everything and what to introduce. They are both almost clueless on how to pick up women so i introduced the idea of self improvement and the different ways to approach women. And im thinking that as i teach them i am going to take them out for days of sarging and make them approach. If they #close i wont approach the women to ask what they thought but if the cold approach goes nowhere i will approach them and ask for their thoughts. And also for my personal benefit, i could actually get a few more girls when they fark up by reopening the set and picking a target.
